Now that you have solved all 3 monoliths, the vault will appear in the center between them. You can find 1 of them on top of 1 of the pillars by scanning, and the other is on a block on the ground. They are both on the same one, so just move around to find the other. The other 2 are actually above ground on a block. There is 1 underground where the console is located, which you can find by scanning. The last is on a platform behind 1 of the pillars. You can find 2 of them on the pillars above the console if you use your scanner. You will need to find 3 glyphs before you can solve the puzzle.
